There are so many people and so many bikes. I was a little nervous as I hadn&#8217;t been on a bike in a while, but it was loads of fun and a great way to see and learn about Amsterdam. We rode around and were given a brief history of Amsterdam. This is a floating market along a canal. There was some controversy about the sign and I heard it was being taken down. However, it was up in all its glory. It was delicious. It is a wafer made from 2 thin layers of dough with a caramel syrup filling. The shop we went to adds some melted chocolate to half the side and a topping of your choice. To end off our tour we had dinner cruise through the canals. For dinner we enjoyed chicken and beef curry with rice and a yummy spiced cake for dessert. After that we all went to a couple of bars and clubs to chill out and dance.
